Our food is first and foremost healthy cuisine focusing on wellbeing on the basis in particular of low glycaemic index dishes low in cholesterol to stave off diabetes and high blood pressure without sacrificing flavour. Its large windows provide guests with a view of the kitchen and allow them to follow every step in food preparation. Our chef Roberto, also owner of the Hotel, specialises in healthy and creative food using natural, genuine ingredients and selecting organic products including zero miles products which are picked fresh every morning from family allotments in the summer months.
At Hotel Liberty we are creating a healthy, balanced cuisine which preserves and exalts foods’ aromas and flavours while at the same time not neglecting regional gourmet recipes.
Our passion for good wine gives you the opportunity to try out a selection of the best wines the region has to offer with a preference for ‘natural’ wines, once again with Roberto’s stamp on them, with bio-dynamic wines.
