Its large windows provide guests with a view of the kitchen and allow them to follow every step in food preparation. Our chef Roberto, also owner of the Hotel, specialises in healthy and creative food using natural, genuine ingredients and selecting organic products including zero miles products which are picked fresh every morning from family allotments in the summer months.
