Reservations are binding once the Hotel Liberty has sent confirmation (via email, fax or postal letter).
We request a €150,00 deposit for stays longer than 2 nights (sent within
7 days of receiving our confirmation); for 1 or 2 night stays, we
request the total sum of your reservation.
Payment may be made by:
Bank transfer - made out to Hotel Liberty, IBAN code: IT 76 L 02008 34940 000005573088 Unicredit Banca
Postal order - made out to Hotel Liberty Viale V.Emanuele III, 18 38056 Levico Terme
Credit card - by sending a fax of the “Guaranteed Reservation Form” completely filled out
If no deposit is received by the established terms, the reservation will
be considered void; we therefore ask you to notify us of your payment
via email, fax or telephone.
Cancellations: cancelling a reservation with us, even if for a short
stay, is unfortunate both for you as well as for us and creates various
technical-organizational difficulties. Therefore we will hold any
deposits that have been made, but will apply them to any forthcoming
reservations in the hope of welcoming you with us in the near future.
Late arrivals and early departures: the number of nights in your booking
(not the number actually spent in our hotel) will be counted.
